We will accept a return for any reason of an unused product purchased on our website within 30 days of the date of purchase. Once the returned item is received, inspected and approved, we’ll issue a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible to pay the return shipping fees.
Clearance and special offer products may not be eligible for a return.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in their original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to additional restocking fees.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt for the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to the purchaser at his or her own costs.

Except for damaged or defective products, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during the return shipment; therefore we recommend an insured and trackable delivery service.
Damaged or Defective Products
We will replace items if they are received in a damaged or defective state.
You must advise us of the return within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for an exchange or refund. To request an exchange, send us an email with supporting photographs at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a return shipping label to return your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
If you are approved, then a replacement product will be shipped to you at no charge. If a replacement product is not available, we will issue a full refund including the original shipping charges in which case a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after two weeks, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
